Stotrade Data Book intro call

Know your true profit. Per SKU. Per channel.

We build your e-commerce data warehouse in your own Google BigQuery — store, ad spend, Amazon fees and real costs unified, with ROAS, LTV and contribution-margin dashboards.

Live in 14 days · $12,000 flat

Abstract preview of a contribution-margin dashboard

We work in your stack — you own everything.

  • BigQuery
  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Amazon SP-API
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • GA4
  • Looker Studio
  • Klaviyo
  • dbt

Three numbers, three different stories

Your real margin is invisible.

Shopify says one thing, Seller Central another, Meta a third. None of them include your actual COGS, shipping, or Amazon fees — so nobody knows which SKU actually makes money.

Attribution broke and never came back.

Since iOS 14, pixel numbers don't match your bank account. You're scaling ads on estimates.

Amazon is a black box of fees.

Referral, FBA, storage, returns, lost reimbursements. The settlement report answers none of it per SKU.

The math on getting this done

Option Cost Time to live You own the data
In-house data engineer $130k+/year 3–6 months hiring Yes
Full-service agency $15–50k/month months Rarely
Freelancer $20–60/hour open-ended, often unfinished If they finish
SaaS dashboard $5–9k/year, grows with your GMV days No
Stotrade Data Warehouse Sprint $12,000 flat 14 days Yes — it's your BigQuery

The Data Warehouse Sprint — everything on this list, nothing billed by the hour

Store pipeline

WooCommerce or Shopify → your BigQuery, real-time via webhooks. No middleware subscriptions ($50–150/mo saved, forever).

Ad spend unified

Google Ads + Meta into the same warehouse.

Your real costs

COGS, shipping, ops costs modeled in. This is what makes margin true.

Metrics that matter

Blended & per-channel ROAS, cohort LTV, contribution margin per order and per product.

Three dashboards

Sales Overview, Marketing/ROAS, Costs & Margin. Looker Studio, free forever.

Handover

1-hour walkthrough + documentation. Your project, your data, your access.

Amazon add-on: unified DTC + Amazon P&L per SKU (+$5–7k) Warehouse Rescue: we finish what your freelancer started ($6–9k)

If we don't deliver in 14 working days from access handover — full deposit back. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

Then we become your data team

APIs change 3–4 times a year. Pipelines break quietly. Questions keep coming. After the sprint, most clients keep us on a flat monthly retainer: we run your pipelines and GCP, watch for anomalies, ship new dashboards and analyses on request — and you get an AI command center on top of your own data.

Core

Who you'll actually work with

I'm Piotr — a data engineer from Kraków, Europe's largest software-outsourcing hub. I've built and run production data platforms for multi-market e-commerce, labs and manufacturing for 8+ years. Every sprint is delivered by me personally: senior engineering at Kraków cost structure is exactly why a $12k flat fee works. I'm in Chicago September 13–26 — happy to meet in person.

FAQ

Who owns the data and the infrastructure?

You do. Everything is built in your Google Cloud project, under your billing and access. If we part ways, everything keeps working.

What do you need from us to start?

API access to your store, ad accounts, and a GCP project (we'll guide you through creating one — takes 15 minutes). The 14-day clock starts when access is complete.

What does the warehouse cost to run?

Typically $20–80/month in Google Cloud fees at $1–10M revenue scale. No middleware subscriptions.

We already use Triple Whale / Polar.

Great — they're dashboards on estimated data. We build the layer they can't: your true costs and margins, in infrastructure you own, at a price that doesn't grow with your GMV. They can run side by side.

A freelancer quoted us less.

Probably hourly, open-ended, and abandoned at 80%. We've taken over several of those builds — it's literally a service we offer (Warehouse Rescue). Flat fee, hard deadline, guarantee.

What happens after 14 days?

Handover with documentation — it's yours. Most clients continue with the retainer, but it's optional.

Booking Chicago meetings now — September 13–26

30 minutes, no deck, no pressure. Bring your numbers, I'll show you a live warehouse — and tell you honestly whether this is worth it at your scale.
